Tour du Mont Blanc for Rape Crisis
In June 2026, I hiked the 170km Tour du Mont Blanc, crossing France, Italy, and Switzerland, to raise funds and awareness for WRASAC Dundee & Angus, a vital Scottish local charity supporting survivors of sexual violence. It’s one of the most iconic hikes in Europe, and I posted diary entries on my Instagram. Every step of this journey is for hope, healing, and solidarity.
Why This Cause Matters
As a psychotherapist and survivor, this cause is deeply personal. I’ve seen the impact of sexual violence both professionally and personally, and I volunteer with WRASAC to help provide survivors with the support they deserve.
