We use a trauma-informed, integrative therapeutic approach that prioritises safety, choice, and empowerment. The group combines psychoeducation about trauma and its effects on the body, brain, and relationships with supportive, skills-based and relational practices drawn from multiple modalities.

When?
The sessions will be held weekly at the same time on Tuesdays for 8 consecutive weeks.

Where?
In person, at the heart of Dundee City Centre.​

Who Are We?
We are Deborah Gillard and Magda Gould, two qualified therapists with extensive experience in supporting women through trauma recovery and sexual violence.

Languages
The sessions will be fully in English. That being said, I also speak French and Spanish. Magda also speaks Polish.

Payments

£25 for 90-minute sessions

Payment of £200 (8 sessions) to be made through bank transfer to secure a place.
